In 2020, we saw another “great migration” as hundreds of thousands of Americans depart large urban cities for the suburbs, the countryside and different parts of the country. The existing homes sales for the year 2020, report ending November 2020, shows an increase of 5% over 2019. 

The reasons?

There are a myriad of reasons behind this migration: 

1. The impact of the pandemic is clearly at the top of the list. 

2. The shift from being required to live where you work to an economy and job market that allows you live outside of where you work, as employers redeploy workers away from offices and to their homes. 

3. The civil unrest in a number of cities in the spring and summer. 

4. Again, due to the pandemic, the closing of so many amenities that make great cities so attractive with no assurance of when or whether they may return. 

5. Lastly, the rising costs of living in major urban core areas when work can now be located in less expensive areas. 

The trends we saw:

 ➡Trend 1: Migration continues to states with favorable tax and weather conditions, vacation home destinations and suburbs. People settling in vacation home destinations has become a strong trend this year and expected to continue. Luxury home sales continue to surge.

➡Trend 2: Move-up Buyers. The need for more space, interior and exterior continues to be as strong as ever. The buyers today are looking for larger homes, with a designated home office and more outdoor space.

➡Signs of low inventory in single family homes. Condo markets soft in select areas, Miami Dade, balanced in Broward and Seller’s market in Palm Beach.

By now we all know and have seen multiple videos and testimonies confirming that this stint at the Capitol,was 100% planned & timed 2 perfection by the Democrats w/ ANTIFA! Every little detail was carefully planned. From Pelosi's little game in arranging the "table at the house" adding more pressure and confusion to the already heavy air in the room, to the first reps who spoke in rebuttal to AZ objections, to the completely inadequate speech delivered by Mitch McConnell to several interruptions while the Republican objectors spoke, to the very icing of the cake- the thug attack by Antifa. Yes, Antifa thugs have been identified well from the photos, video testimonies by several protesters stating that they were "paid to protest and that it was an organized effort" and to actual videos showing how the Trump supporters were outraged by the Antifa thugs who infiltrated the peaceful rally, sporting MAGA hats blending in visually but with a very different agenda.The "sweetest" part of this heinous plan was to end the objections, so that the evidence of massive election fraud never sees light, to hand the keys to Biden- Harris and to blame President Trump for the attack. This is just sickening! The most sickening of all: the shameful actions taken by spineless GOP's, who lack, conscious, morals, integrity, loyalty and any civility, Mitch McConnell, Patrick Toomey, Ben Sasse to name just a few, to participate in the smear campaign against the greatest President this country has ever had! SHAME on you all.

Now you know the truth about the shameful stint in the Capitol-who ordered it and who executed it!

The questions Why Pelosi and her clique are pushing for all sorts of crazy things. such as impeachment, defamation, block his access to anywhere etc.?

1. So that there would be no more digging, looking and bringing to light Biden Crime Family doings;

2. No investigation to Pelosi, Obamas, and so many more notice how suddenly there is no more talk about Swalwell (except for crowning him as a real hero, LOL! Nor there is talk about Hunter Biden?

3. No investigation on fraud.

4. No actions against Big Tech and so much more No's to investigations but huge YES to massive cover-up and total destruction of this country.

Actually, President Trump should have done 3 things or must do NOW:

#1. Appoint a Special Counsel to look into Biden Crime Family, election fraud and all, so that these do not get buried.

#2. Declassify ALL evidence he has so far, as I believe it is plenty- make it public.

#3. Immediately invoke Insurrection Act. All needs to be done NOW (starting 2 weeks ago!) Let the Military handle it all, I trust them.

I heard it, hours and hours of testimonies in all the hearings held, as myriads of witnesses delivered their compelling and often shocking evidence. 

What IS BEING DONE with this evidence? How do you make us "un-hear" what we heard, "un-see" what we saw, forget what we learned? How do you explain to us all over 75M of people who strongly believe that with this massive evidence, justice will be done, and the people behind this will be judged accordingly.

So far, no justice was served, illegal votes were counted, constitution and laws were broken, this election was stolen and nothing was done.

If this was a clean election, why is it that we cannot examine the machines and the votes?

From Pelosi's little game to reorganize the "sitting arrangement in HER house- I guess she forgot to place the name cards at HER table", the first reps who spoke in rebuttal to AZ objections, to the icing of the cake- the thug attack. All was done with perfect timing, so that the GOP do not have "Their/ Our day in court"! When you think about that, the few GOP's that spoke on AZ, stating and pointing to the massive hard evidence they had brought alone with them to show right then and there, were only met by the rebuttals from  the Democrats, who refuse to acknowledge it exists, just like the courts did. "See no evil, hear no evil" all is hunky-dory...
